Every month we highlight sites built with JekCMS that stand out in design, performance, or creative use of the platform. Here are March's picks.

1. Aegean Ceramics Studio

A portfolio site for a ceramics artist in Bodrum. Built on the Personal theme with heavy gallery usage. What stands out: the before/after slider shows raw clay transforming into finished pieces. PageSpeed Mobile: 94. The artist manages all content herself from her iPad.

2. Istanbul Street Food Guide

A food blog covering street vendors across Istanbul's neighborhoods. Uses the Trends theme with custom map integration. Each review includes GPS coordinates that plot on an interactive map. Over 120 vendor reviews published in 3 months. Monthly traffic: 28,000 visitors from organic search alone.

3. TechStack Academy

An online course platform blog built on the News theme. They use the content queue feature to schedule 3 posts per day — course announcements, student spotlights, and technical tutorials. The auto-internal-linker connects related courses across posts. Total posts: 340 in 6 months.

4. Izmir Real Estate Group

A real estate agency site that repurposed the service pages for property listings. Each listing has multiple images, floor plans, neighborhood information, and a contact form pre-filled with the property name. The admin panel lets agents add listings without developer help.

5. Green Kitchen Recipes

A vegan recipe blog with custom shortcodes for ingredient lists, nutrition facts, and cooking timers. The developer created a [recipe] shortcode that generates Recipe schema markup automatically, leading to rich snippets in Google search results. Average CTR from search: 8.2% (industry average is 3.5%).
