• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you publish

3.3 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

4. Payment and Billing

• All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TL) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
• Payment is due upon purchase for annual subscriptions
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

4.2 Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled
• You will be charged on the anniversary of your initial purchase
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4.3 Refund Policy

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Renewal payments are non-refundable after 7 days
• Custom development work and add-on services are non-refundable

• That the service will be error-free
• That defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

5.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

JekCMS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Non-infringement

5.3 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or content
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alfadizayn, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
